Part 1 congratulations you have completed 25%
Part 2: congrats you have completed halfway
Part 3: I call this the challenge quarter. Set yourself a good goal to focus your energies and attention and complete this quadrant (and give yourself a quick reward, a chocolate haha, from an ex-chocoholic) or a sip of drink.
Part 4: you are on your home stretch.

The Pain Cave workout is divided into three parts like the number of strokes in the letter Z. Divide your workout into three parts.
Part 1: think of yourself rowing a boat towards the mystery island.
Part 2: imagine yourself trekking towards the mouth of the cave and into its dark depths.
Part 3: start digging into it, first using your bare hands, then eventually bring out your special equipment (your diamond drill) and start to make good progress drilling further and further into your pain cave.
